LGBT Center of SE Wisconsin Services
Many programs and services are offered through the LGBT Center of SE Wisconsin ... some directly by us and others through our affiliation with other organizations. If you don't see a program or service on the list below that you think we should offer, please contact us and tell us how we can help.
WE OFFER:
• Discussion and support groups
• LGBT-friendly (business & professional) referrals
• Community outreach to schools, media, government, and the "general" public
• Film screenings, readings, and presentations
• Art gallery, expositions, and display space
• Author readings and book clubs
• In-house library with over 400 magazines and over 500 books
• Computer, Internet, and e-mail access
• Research, demographic and psychographic data about SE Wisconsin's LGBT community
• Speaker's bureau
• Voter registration
• Hate crime reporting
• Media monitoring
• Mobilizing and educating constituents
• Translation (Spanish/English and English/Spanish) assistance for Hispanic and Latino members
• Informal social activities and formal get-togethers
• Singles Group
• Youth Outreach & Programming
• STD/HIV/AIDS education, information and referrals for testing and screening from professional health care practitioners at the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin in Kenosha
• Mental health referrals to qualified practitioners
• Gender identity support groups and one-on-one counseling for domestic violence victims

For LGBT couples, spouses, and other domestic partners, join the LGBT Center of SE Wisconsin for a joint membership donation of $30.Discounted Membership $10
Students, seniors, the disabled, or anyone for whom paying our full membership rate would be a hardship can join the LGBT Center of SE Wisconsin for a discounted membership donation of just $10.Organization or Business Membership $25
Non-profit organizations and LGBT-friendly businesses can join with the LGBT Center of SE Wisconsin for either $25, $50, $75, or $100--depending on your annual budget or revenues. For now, simply join at our lowest membership donation rate ($25) and we'll make any needed adjustments later.
